well, well, well I just read on other forums this great game . It goes like this:

1. Someone sais a wish.
2. The 2nd person says "Granted", or "Your wish is granted" something like that, and then they add a sideeffect(somethig bad)
3. This 2nd person also adds his wish

(For example: Someone says "I wish I had lots of money"
Then I say "Granted, but they're all conterfeit, and now you go to jail"
Easy no?)
